Cozy Herbal Broth
Our Cozy Herbal Broth Mix is a wintertime favorite! Packed full of vitamins and delicious herbs, this mix is both perfect for a single-serve cup or in soup!
We make our Cozy Herbal Broth almost weekly, especially when the weather gets cold. It has been great to sip on when we are feeling ill or can’t keep food down. However, our favorite way to enjoy this broth mix is in ramen! Ditch those flavor packets (or combine them!) and give our Cozy Herbal broth a try. It already has all the salt you need and its umami flavor from the shitake mushrooms and sea lettuce makes the perfect ramen broth.
We are often told, “I made this at home and it didn’t turn out as good as the sample I tried!” The key to making it like we do is the steep time! The longer you simmer the broth, the deeper the flavors will become.
